Welcome to BBW University’s online shop! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including purchases of merchandise and enrollment in our social club membership. By accessing our site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscribe to a monthly social club membership
These Terms apply to all users of the site including, without limitation, browsers, buyers, members, and contributors of content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or subscribe to our membership services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Product Sales
a. Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.
b. Pricing Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
c. Order Processing We strive to fulfill orders within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
d. No returns or exchanges
4. Monthly Sisterhood Dues
a. Monthly Dues Membership dues are due on the 1st of every month and no later than the 5th. If after the 5th of the month, $1 will be charged daily until paid. to our BBW University Social Club is
billed monthly via recurring payments. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method until you cancel.
You are allowed to take a 2 week break whenever you feel you are overwhelmed. You will need to reach out to leadership and send an email to TheBBWUniversity@gmail.com.
You will still be responsible for your monthly dues, until you are no longer declared a member, either voluntarily or involuntarily.
b. Membership Benefits Benefits may include access to exclusive events, online forums, workshops, or digital content. BBW University reserves the right to modify or update the benefits at any time.
c. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your membership at any time by reaching our to your leadership and sending an email to TheBBWUniversity@gmail.com. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
d. Non-Transferability Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including logos, graphics, product images, and written content, is the property of BBW University and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any materials without our written permission.
6. Privacy Policy
